Main ensuite bedroom has two kingsize beds with walk in wardrobe. Second bedroom has one kingsize and two single beds. Downstairs living room with leather corner sofa, flat screen TV, dining table and patio doors. Across the hallway is separate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Large family bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer neatly stored in under stairs cupboard. Free parking at front door for two or three cars. Owners B&B further in the lane. Situated on quiet country road. One well behaved pet can be accommodated downstairs if own bed is brought. Guest access Entire house is accessible by paying guests. Owners Anna & Archie live in Islandcorr Farmhouse 400 yards further in lane. Anna or family member will meet you on arrival to hand over keys. Two Luxury glamping lodges also on same lane way. Have shared access to football pitch, grass area and swings. Cottage has its own private garden, patio area, outdoor seating area and red brick charcoal bbq.
