An 1840s fisherman’s cottage recently modernised. Cwtch Cottage is close to The Mumbles promenade and within easy walking distance of various places of interest; parks and beaches and shops. Cwtch Cottage has been described as a ‘gem’ and is a well located springboard to explore the Gower. We pride ourselves on providing a clean , warm and comfortable hide away to relax in.- A Cwtch . The space Deceptively spacious -Open plan ground floor with underfloor heating, log burner, dining area and spacious kitchen with built in appliances. Breakfast bar with Two bar stools.g Dining table to seat up to six. Spacious lounge area has two settees, occasional chair and stool. Cable TVwith BT Sport available. Upstairs there are two bedrooms . The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with built in wardrobe and ample cupboard space. Wall mounted 60” flat screen TV . Bedroom two has two single beds a wardrobe and cupboard. It overlooks the courtyard. A spacious bathroom with free standing pedestal basin and deep bath with rain overhead shower and a handheld shower head. Heated towel rail. There are USB points at the breakfast bar and in master bedroom. Each floor has separate thermostats to control heating. There is on road parking to the rear of the cottage. A back patio area with table and four chairs is an afternoon sun trap. For young families a feeding chair, travel cot, child plates and cutlery are available, along with toys games and books. Guest access Access to the property by key from key safe. You can access all parts of the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is in a safe residential area so please respect our lovely neighbours. We love dogs but generally only one- we don’t encourage them upstairs . We ask that you contact us before booking if you intend to bring more than one dog as part of your family group.
