Situated in the charming "Esperanza Manor"—fitting in with seamlessly Ashfield's historic locale—this beautiful heritage apartment has been renovated to create a modern haven just a five-minute stroll from Ashfield Train Station and Mall, and surrounded by the suburb's boutique shops, trendy cafes and eateries. It features an oversized private deck to enjoy Sydney's sunshine, plus ample space inside to relax and watch TV or prepare meals at home—and a study nook for those working remotely. The space This historic apartment has been thoughtfully renovated with modern conveniences to create the perfect home-away-from-home. An entertainer's deck encourages time together outside with classic wicker furniture and a leafy outlook. Inside, a fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an electric cooktop, combination oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are basic panty items to help with cooking meals at home. The living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and dining table to enjoy meals together. A study nook allows you to easily work remotely during your stay, while central cooling keeps things comfortable. In the bedroom, a designer King Koil queen-size bed by AH Beard guarantees a good night's rest. It's topped with hotel-style linens and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. There is a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your belongings, along with a reading chair to kick back and relax. The bathroom has a generously sized shower and complimentary toiletries for use during your stay. There is an internal laundry room with a front loader washing machine and iron facilities. Please note there is a flight of stairs up to the property entrance. Entry is via the private deck. There is free street parking outside the apartment. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you’re travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Note that the $100 fee per pet is charged per week. There is no lift. Guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
