The space Our place is right next to the fire exit, and accessible through an elevator. The queen-sized bed (60 inch by 80 inch) can fit two people. Guest(s) are welcome to use our kitchen appliances to cook their own meals. Plates, glasses, and other kitchen utensils are also available. Please inform us ahead if you plan to use the pool. - NO PARKING ON PROPERTY (We don’t have a parking slot for guest(s) inside the complex. Guest(s) may park at their own risk at the nearby establishments outside the complex. We recommend guest(s) to use the Grab App.) - NO PETS (Pets are strictly prohibited within the complex) - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM (Smoking is only allowed on designated smoking areas. Please present proof of vaccination preferably with booster against Covid-19 virus 2. Accomplished sworn travel history and health declaration form to be completed upon check-in 3. Photocopy of lease contract or authorization letter (for less than 1 month stay) to be completed upon check-in 4. Accomplished Owner/Tenant info sheet to be completed upon check-in 5. Photocopy of passport or any government-issued ID Processing of permits is 3-5 working days. All guests who will check-in must comply to the above requirements.
