I offer you a cozy & homey apartment (40 m²) with 1 bedrom, 1 living room, small full equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower) and 2 small balconies. Arrivals are welcome at saturday or sunday. The space The apartments offers dinnerware, cookware, TV, coffee machine, linen, towels, hair dryer, W-Lan. Staying longer than 10 nights we change your linen and towels weekly and also we clean the apartment. Guest access I offer also a parking place. In the entry you find a library with books, journals and games you can rent free. You also find a lawn for sunbathing for relaxing after a sporty day. Other things to note The target group for my flats are active, uncomplicated, curious and interested guests. The location of the house is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours, hikes, city tours or cultural visits. As the house is located right in the centre of the village of Nalles/Nals, the shops are all in the immediate vicinity. Sometimes, however, it can get a little busier during the day and at harvest time :-) I would like to point out that our house does not have a lift. By law, all guests must be registered online. I will therefore ask you for your passports or identity cards on arrival. Regarding the price-performance ratio, I would like to point out the following: I have a regular licence to rent out private rooms, so I am subject to all requirements and taxes.
