This most authentic village in the Pyrenees is located only 5 minutes from the ski slopes of the St Lary Soulan area, 2 km from the Espiaube area and 4 km from the Pla D'Adet area. At the foot of the GR10, you can escape and explore the beautiful Néouvielle reserve, bordered by its multitude of mountain lakes. The space Our 150 m2 house consists of: 1 living room / 1 kitchen + living room / 3 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms / 4 toilets Here are the details: 3 large independent bedrooms + shower room and toilet in each bedroom, upstairs: - Bedroom 1 with 140 bed + toilet and shower - Bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90 + toilet and shower - Bedroom 3 with 160 cm bed + toilet and shower All beds are of very good quality. - On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer (large capacity) / Oven / Microwave / Coffee maker / Toaster / Kettle / Fondue machine / Raclette machine In the kitchen a small living room with sofa (large capacity) and coffee table + TV - Spacious living room with 140 cm sofa bed + an ensuite bathroom (bath and toilet) - A pantry with washing machine + dryer / iron + board / vacuum cleaner - There are 2 fireplaces, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room, only one fireplace can be used by tenants, it is the one in the kitchen. Wood is available. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED CLEANING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANTS, THE RENTAL MUST THEREFORE BE IN THE STATE OF CLEANLINESS IN WHICH YOU FIND IT.
