The space The apartment is on the first floor fully furnished, combining comfort and classy atmosphere. It is accessible by both an elevator as well as stairs. You can relax in the living area which consists of a very comfortable large couch, TV area as well as a wine cabinet. The dining area can host up to 8 people and it offers itself for a romantic dinner with candles and flowers too. The bedroom has a double bed with a large amount of storage space as well as a safe for your valuables. There is a specious terrace outside the kitchen to enjoy a barbecue with friends. The apartment is equipped with window double-glazing, split-unit heating / air conditioning, Wi-Fi, security keys and a building entrance access card. There is free basement private parking for one car and there is ample parking area behind the building for visiting guests. The Apartment is located five minutes driving distance from the heart of the city of Nicosia as well as from the University of Cyprus Campus. There is also a BUS-STOP conveniently located outside the apartment building. A large green park is located within three minutes’ walk from the apartment, where you could have a relaxing walk, enjoy your coffee, play with your kid or do your jogging. The apartment is located on a very central road which is full of mini markets, hair salons, coffee shops, clothing and foot-ware stores, restaurants which also offer take away and delivery. On the ground floor of the apartment building there is a fitness center / gym, one of the largest in Nicosia. If you are a long term visitor and love dancing we would suggest “Dance Company” dancing school, which is 7 minutes driving distance from the apartment.
