Our unique property is the sole Airbnb in Maclean boasting direct river access. Nestled on our home's ground level, the studio offers comprehensive amenities: a full-size kitchen replete with essentials like a coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and more; a stocked pantry brimming with breakfast options, snacks, and complimentary beverages including wine, beer, and water. Sleep soundly on a plush Queen-sized Emma mattress adorned with premium French linen or high-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Turkish Cotton bath towels and premium shower products enhance your stay. For your peace of mind, all bedding and soft furnishings adhere to rigorous sanitisation protocols after each guest. The dedicated outdoor dining space, complete with a BBQ, ensures memorable meals amidst nature. Inside, the lounge promises comfort, decked in sanitised designer throws and cushions. Should you need, a shared laundry with provided detergents is at your disposal. Our friendly cats and the neighbouring dogs, Heidi and Golly, might drop by for a friendly hello! Safety is paramount; the cleaning fee covers our stringent COVID-19 cleaning process. Rest easy knowing all surfaces and furnishings undergo a meticulous sanitisation regimen. We kindly ask for adherence to our no-shoe policy, and for your comfort, guest slippers and robes await in the wardrobe. We host delightful feeding sessions for our river ducks and our pet chickens Thelma & Louse in the mornings and evenings, and guests are warmly invited to join in the experience. Welcome to your private riverside sanctuary. The studio is strictly a pet free zone. Guest access Access is only through the garden side via the paved path. You will see an “Entrance” sign directing you. Please do not use the black gate as this gate belongs to our neighbour. The key will be placed in a key lock located by the studio sliding doors if we aren't there to greet you . Please insure you place it back when leaving. However, if I am home I will leave the door unlocked for you and leave key on door. You will have access to the laundry and patio area outside and river front area. Please keep within the perimeter of the place which is from the pelican statue to black gate door. Other things to note Indulge in our well-stocked provisions. Your morning starts right with an array of breakfast items: assorted teas, coffee, milk, bread, butter, and jams, all conveniently located in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. In the spirit of hospitality, our pantry boasts complimentary wine, beer, water, assorted snacks, ice cream, and a selection of sauces, oils, spices, herbs, and soups for quick, delightful meals. Treat yourself! For outdoor excursions, the wardrobe houses guest slippers, beach towels, and picnic blankets. A blue folder provides insights into Maclean and neighboring towns, while a quick guide on studio details, including the Wi-Fi password, rests on the fridge. For your safety, please tread carefully; the slipway can be slippery when wet. We live upstairs alongside our cherished feline friends. While we make every effort to tread lightly, please expect some natural household noises, including the lively play of our cats and occasional sounds from our daily activities. We appreciate your understanding and patience. The studio is a pet free zone. Make the most of our BBQ facility. Cleaning essentials are available under the BBQ shelf and kitchen sink.
