2-room apartment 5 minutes from Jean Macé (metro line B, tram T2), on the 1st floor with elevator, completely refurbished apartment composed of a bedroom with a 180 cm bed (king size) and closet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...) a small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is absolutely quiet. I live in the building myself and am responsive if there is a question. The space The apartment was renovated in 2019, it overlooks a very quiet garden. It is a 5-minute walk to Jean Macé train station, metro line B. Shops, bakery, supermarket, restaurant at the foot of the building. Guest access Access to the entire house.
