Not far from South Mumbai via the coastal road. Working executives & holiday makers love our place. Discounts are built in for stays 7 nights and longer. The space Our peaceful and scenic apartment is located just a couple of minutes’ walk from the S V Savararkar Marg, yet surrounded by greenery and with zero traffic noise. You will love your large bedroom, almost 200 Sq ft area, with a wardrobe for you to unpack everything. The big size bed has a comfortable mattress. For people who stay for a longer duration, we will issue you a fresh set of Towels twice a week and bedsheets and pillow covers after 7 days. There is a handy desk for you to work on, which also has an electric kettle, so you do not have to leave your room for a cup of Tea or Coffee. Right in front of your bed is a Big TV with a connection for Sony Liv, Amazon Prime and a whole lot of other amazing entertainment options. We have installed a Wi-Fi router in your bedroom, especially for you, to ensure high speed internet access for you. The bathroom is well equipped with the shower area which has a hot & cold water shower and tap mixer, a Wash basin and Mirror and a WC. From your bedroom window you get an amazing view of the Sea with the now famous Bandra-Worli Sea Link right in the front. Every morning we offer you a complimentary simple vegetarian Breakfast. Guest access Your bedroom and your En-suite bathroom are exclusively for your usage. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. You can have your meals at the dining table in the living room, or in your bedroom. There is one more room listed on Airbnb in the house, so there could be guests from the other room also using the dining table area in the living room. For short breaks, you can also access our living room and balcony with a view, unless they are occupied by us & our visitors. During your stay We stay in the same apartment, and work from there, so we will always be at hand to help and assist you. We go out of our way to try and make your stay comfortable, which is perhaps why we have been fortunate to get such awesome reviews from our guests. If not in person, we will always be accessible on phone for your assistance, so feel free to message or call me. Whenever possible, we like to chat with our guests, however, this interaction is only as much as the guests prefer. Other things to note Please note that we prefer guests whose profiles are filled quite in detail, and tell us what brings them to Mumbai. Visitors are strictly not allowed in your room or elsewhere in the apartment. We are happy to serve you a complimentary vegetarian Indian breakfast every morning. You can have it at the dining table between 8.30 Am and 9:00 Am only. The menu is pre decided by us. On the checkout day, Breakfast is always served at 8:30 AM only. Please note that smoking or consuming alcohol is prohibited in the room or rest of the apartment.
