Casa Smilla is a lovely house surrounded by greenery in a newly built village just 15 minutes driving from Monterosso and Levanto. The house is equipped with all the comforts, ideal for families up to 6 people. The property includes a private garden with patio and parking. The location at 460 m above sea level and the north-east exposure make it a bright and very cool house even in the hottest months. In the months of July and August a very nice shared swimming pool is also available. The space The house is on two levels (living room with dining area, large kitchen and one bathroom with tub on the ground floor, two bedrooms with a bathroom with shower on the first floor) and has a garden with patio and reserved parking. One room has two bunk beds perfect for kids, while the other bedroom has a queen size bed. On the outside a pretty large private garden with patio makes it perfect for dining and relaxing. Guest access From June to September a shared swimming pool is available for the guests of the village. Other things to note The house is perfect for families with kids. The second room has 2 bunk beds (4 places) but 4 adults might find it too small. On your arrival in the house you will find just the necessary for the first night.
