The space Large 95 m2 apartment with windows on two sides on the 2nd floor with an elevator, accommodating up to 8 people in quality beds. So that everyone can enjoy the place in complete serenity, parties, evening gatherings, and noise disturbances are not allowed. We appreciate you respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, so that all our guests continue to be welcomed with pleasure. TAKE CARE OF IT AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN HOME We make every effort to accommodate you in a clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment. In return, we thank you for taking care of it and leaving it in a condition similar to that on your arrival. PREPARATION OF BEDROOMS We open the rooms according to the number of guests: 1-2 guests: 1 bedroom prepared 3 to 4 guests: 2 bedrooms prepared 5-6 guests: the 3 bedrooms are prepared Would you prefer to have an extra bedroom (for example, for separate beds)? No problem! Just let us know before you check in. This service is offered at a rate of €15 per night per additional room. In any case, the apartment is fully reserved for you: you never share it with other guests. Only unused rooms remain closed. Any additional charges can be paid simply before your arrival via an Airbnb payment link. A LITTLE ADVICE BEFORE GOING OUT The entrance door only opens from the outside with the key. So remember to always take your keys with you when you leave the apartment, even for a few minutes! END OF STAY The cleaning fee includes cleaning the apartment.
