1 bedroom flat with walking distance to Canary Wharf and Royal Greenwich. There is a sofa in a living room which can be transformed into a king size bed. Other things to note In order to avoid possible misunderstandings please read the below-mentioned information and only book if you agree with the rules below:  Please note that we are at the epicenter of the energy crisis (caused by Russian aggression against Ukraine and all the civilised world) as well as world warming crisis (caused by reckless human activity). Therefore it is our responsibility to take small steps in order to tackle both. In lines with the UK Governent's and The World Health Organisation's advice an adequate standard of warmth is 21°C in the living room (and home offices) as these are areas you’re most likely to sit for long periods. The Sleep Foundation recommends keeping bedroom temperatures between 15.6 and 19.4°C for a comfortable sleep (children’s bedrooms should sit between 17 and 20°C).  Therefore our heating system is capped at 21c and 19c accordingly as described above and should be enough for an average person for a comfortable stay. In order to save energy, I would kindly ask our guests to keep windows shut at all times apart from airing the room for 10 minutes in the morning or evening before sleep. Our small everyday actions will help to save the energy and the climate of our home planet - Earth! The heating is set to automatically turn on whenever the temperature drops below 21c, it goes in cycles, so please keep this in mind.
