Guest access Arrivals (check-in) are from 3:00 pm to 6:45 pm and departures (check-out) from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Keys are handed over in person upon arrival and must be returned to the concierge service on the morning of departure, at check-out. Any request outside these hours is subject to availability and may incur an additional flat fee charged by our concierge service. However, we always do our best to accommodate our guests’ individual needs. If necessary, guests may adjust their stay dates accordingly to suit their travel arrangements.
