In a quiet residential area adjacent to the tourist and commercial center of the villa (five minutes walk). You'll enjoy thoughtful, welcoming, warm, and comfortable décor and complete equipment in a mountain-style building. Two double bedrooms. Garage space, with elevator, and adjacent ski bike storage. Chardín de Lis responds to these two qualities, both in its careful interior decoration, as well as in its sunny well-being and views of the beautiful natural garden formed by the meadows, forests and mountains surrounding Benasque. And all this living next to the heart of this beautiful villa. LLis Chardin offers you a very thoughtful, peaceful and welcoming interior decoration. It features comfortable, high-quality furniture, low and indirect lights, Pyrenee-themed paintings, warm, thick curtains, antique details of the Aragonese Rigorzano Pyrenees, and high-end bed and bathroom textiles. Its new, high-quality building is a beautiful unique example of Bengali architecture on Paseo de Eriste. Chardín de Llis offers you: * Extra flat TV with TDT in the living/dining room and in each bedroom. * Wi-Fi throughout the house. * Fireplace with safety glass door in living-dining room (as nice decorative element without use for safety -see house rules-). * Thick curtains (flame retardant and opaque) on all windows. * Valbenasqués style wooden exterior doors. * Comfortable and high quality furniture, with antique elements. * Corrugated terrace to which they have access, through large windows, both the living room and the two bedrooms. * Decoration with traditional Valbena pieces, original paintings and reproductions of engravings and historical Pyrenees posters. * Living room that clearly differentiates three areas: the living room, around the fireplace, with a 3-seater sofa, single armchair, tables and low lights and carpet; the dining room, with a large table for 4 people; and the kitchen room, adjacent to the dining area through an American bar, but independently, if desired, with fabric curtains. * Bedrooms: - They have TV, tables and individual light fixtures and a large closet with hangers and trunk. - Bedroom 1 has a separate dressing room. - The beds, with an extremely comfortable mattress, measure:. Bedroom 1: an XL double bed (180 x 200) that can be converted into 2 single beds (together) of 90 x 200, if requested when making the reservation. Bedroom 2: 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 which can be converted into a double bed XL (180 x 200) if requested at the time of booking. - The beds are equipped with duvet with high quality percale cover as well as the rest of their textile. * Kitchen/dining room: - Dining room utensils and full kitchen are available for 4 people and more. - In addition to the usual utensils, there is a pressure cooker of two capacities. - Appliances: ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer ***, microwave, ultra silent washer-dryer, 8 cutlery dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater, bread toaster and minipimer. - Equipped with a cleaning kit for the day of arrival: sponge, nail sponge, garbage bag. * Bathroom: - With separate bath and shower, both with thermal valves and tempered glass bulkheads, and radiator towel dryer, hair dryer, mirror-magnifying glass and toilet bin. - High quality textile: bath towel for each person, mat and hand towels. * Pleasant heating (and ACS, sanitary water) with individual, watertight, propane gas boiler, maximum safety and ultra-silent and aluminum water radiators. Guest access The building of which Chardín de Llis is part has as common areas the entrance hall, the stairs, the elevator and the garage. In addition, the apartment and the adjacent one, Chardín de LLum, share the same closed lobby (separated by a locked staircase door) and which serves as private access to both apartments (if the two are rented simultaneously, it is for the exclusive use of the guest). Other things to note On arrival you will find the warm house, if winter, and with all its beds and bathing clothes ready to be used.. In addition, you will have a cleaning kit (with expontex, nail saver, garbage bag) If you need to make last-minute purchases, you have a supermarket at the Low Cost gas station located 500 m., past Benasque, in the direction of Cerler, on the A-139 road (open every day until 10 pm or 11 pm at Christmas, Easter and August and Fridays and Saturdays of the ski season).
