Nice single-story studio. Ideal for 2, but can sleep 4. Double bed on the mezzanine, and/or 2-seater sofa bed downstairs (140/190). Relaxing access to the lovely little garden. Ideal for holidays, beaches, village, train station 5-minute walk. Private parking lot just across the street. Comfort: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave.(Area of about 20 m2) + Garden. The space It has the great advantage of having a beautiful private garden with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and being in the village of Banyuls, very close to everything on foot, beaches, while being a little set back (from the village) which avoids noise pollution in summer. Other things to note This accommodation, because of the mezzanine bed, is more suitable for young people. We also draw your attention to the fact that this studio is not large.
