Sandy Feet Cottage

The cottage is a light and airy lowset house built in the 1960s. It has been recently renovated and is located just two blocks from the beach. The house is a short walk to Nielson Beach as well as the the main street which has a good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Bargara is one of Queenslands best kept secrets on the doorstep of the Southern Great Barrier Reef. The space The cottage has two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus an additional toilet outside. The main bedroom contains a queen bed, built in cupboards, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is a larger room which contains a queen bed as well as a daybed which lifts apart to make two low single beds. These beds would be most suited to children. The room also has a reverse cycle split system air conditioning and a ceiling fan in this room. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet but there is no bathtub. There is a hairdryer available for use. The kitchen/dining/living area is fully air conditioned and open plan. The kitchen contains a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. This main living space also has a ceiling fan. There is an additional 6 seater dining table on the front deck. The laundry contains a top load washing machine (cold wash only), dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a single lockup garage with remote lifter plus additional parking in the front yard and on the street. Please note the shed in the backyard is not for guest use.
