It's a 120m2 house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and amazing view Our house is built in a peaceful hill location, in the village of Vari, 5km from the main port town of Ermoupolis. The space The house is located on a hill with great panoramic views towards the sea. The level of the house follows the natural level of the land. The inside decoration of the house was conceived and created by an interior designer who combined the colours and wood. All the material and paints used are environmentally friendly and do not contain any toxic substances. The floors and ceilings are wooden and the walls are painted using the traditional technique of coloured lime-based paint. All the materials and shapes have been used having in mind the harmonious co-existence with the surrounding environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with the following: Stove for cooking, Oven for grilling and baking, Microwave , Panini toaster, Espresso coffee-maker, Filter coffee maker, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking pans and baking trays. The living room is a bright, spacious area separated from the kitchen with an arc and is airconditioned. The wall-to-wall bookcase has an extensive collection of Greek literature available to you, along with a very limited number of English speaking books. Additionally, there are three sofas and one of them can be turned into a double bed. The master bedroom has a double bed and unobstructed view towards the sea from the private patio. The bathroom is en-suite. There is a large ceiling fan, there for your comfort and to provide a cool night’s sleep. There is a large fitted wardrobe for your clothes and an ironing board. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, television and fan. On the mezzanine floor inside the room there is a play area with plenty of toys that you are more than welcome to use so that your children enjoy their time. The third bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe and a fan so that the room remains cool and pleasant. There is a staircase that leads to another mezzanine floor with an additional bedroom with a double bed should you need more sleeping space. Guest access You will love our outside areas. There are two terraces with amazing view. One of them is shaded and has a comfortable sitting and dining area for at least eight (8) people, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining under the stars or for enjoying the great sea view and the islands beyond, lying in the hammock. There is also a backyard with an open-air shower, barbecue and a shaded dining area for six (6) people. Other things to note Ermoupoli, the main port town, is five (5) Km away and the airport is four (4) Km away. Ermoupoli is full of historical neoclassical buildings (the town hall is one of the most famous), idyllic cobblestone streets lined with cafés and restaurants, an open-air cinema and a fabulous opera house (Apollo theatre) where international musical events like festival of the Aegean take place every summer. Syros's geographical position and the regular ferry service provides you with the opportunity to visit other islands like Mykonos, Tinos, Paros, Naxos, etc. One of us will come to meet you at your arrival and show you around the house.
