It is a beautiful family house renovated and prepared to live an experience in the middle of nature and with unbeatable views of the Bay of Alcúdia. We have an exclusive pool overlooking the ocean. Sa Rota de Can Beca is a mountain estate overlooking Alcudia Bay. A haven of peace 5 minutes from Alcanada beach; a residential area located in Alcudia. The land has belonged to the family for 4 generations. It is a typical Mallorcan estate with "marges" terraces, centuries-old olive trees, carob trees and a small pine forest. There are only 4 homes in the entire mountain, tranquility is assured. It is advisable to rent a car if you want to tour the island; there is public transport but it does not work very well. If you prefer to spend your vacation relaxing and not doing many kilometers, a bike is enough. In the Alcanada area there is a small supermarket although it is advisable to do your shopping in Puerto de Alcudia (5 min by car) where you will find all kinds of services, bank, pharmacy, food stores, clothing stores...
