Quirky little 1 bedroom cottage. Please note before booking: This is an old cottage formally a stables set in the countryside, but only a short drive to the beautiful Cardigan Bay Coast where the famous bottle nose dolphins can often be seen. The cottage is far from perfect but it is a wonderful place to get away from everyday life. You might also come across the odd spider, cobweb and countryside smells as it is in the countryside, but that doesn't mean it is not clean or unhygienic, its part of the character of the cottage and the area it is in. We never claim it to be a 5* property, but we can say it is a lovely little cottage loved by many. If you are looking for a perfect newly modernised property with nothing out of place then this one might not be for you. There are no shops or pubs within walking distance of this cottage and the phone signal is not the best but the cottage does have Wifi. ** PLEASE NOTE ** This is a self catering cottage NOT a hotel. You are required to bring your own toiletries and your own towels, if this is a problem please advise before arrival. The outside space contains flora & fauna. Plants and the vegetation side of nature including plants grown with roots that rely on the sun. Fauna is the wildlife side and includes birds, mammals, and insects, too. Fishing and dolphin spotting boat trips near by. Unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW the charging of electric cars yet. If cars are found to be charging off the properties sockets you will be asked to leave the property as it will invalidate our insurance and could cause a fire risk. ** PLEASE NOTE ** This is a self catering cottage NOT a hotel. You are required to bring your own toiletries and your own towels, and toilet rolls. if this is a problem please advise before arrival. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OF ANY AGE ** ADDITIONAL CHARGES ** Extra cleaning is available upon request please advise so can confirm cost There is an additional charge of £25.00 / hour if you fail to vacate the cottage by the agreed time on the day of departure. If additional people are found to have been at the cottage there is an additional charge of £100.00 and you will be asked to vacate the cottage immediately. If the cottage is found to be left in an unreasonable conditional there will be an additional £50.00 cleaning charge. When booking you are agreeing to these terms. Please also note the cottage is cosy, but it is heated by electric radiators so might not suit everyone in the middle of winter. Please ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance incase you cannot take your break as planned. During longer term rents we do not clean during your stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged if required please enquire.
