The Guest/Pool House is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Surrounded by native trees & shrubs. There is also an abundance of native wildlife birds to see. The property overlooks a large open space that is very rare in an urban location. Perfect for a couple!.... But Space does allow for children on floor mattresses comfortably, upon request. The space You will be comfortable all year round. With great heating and cooling. The building is two years old and has a lovely homely feel. It is a beautiful stroll to the iconic Benalla lake. It is also at the foot of the snow country, wine regions and lots of fun outdoor activities such as bike riding, hiking etc. All guests are welcome to lend any of our outdoor equipment on request & availability. Including 2 Adult bikes & Kayaks, 3 children's bikes & Kayaks, fishing rods & helments
