The main shared entrances are the driveway and pedestrian gates, but each accommodation has its own independent entrance door and reserved spaces, where you can feel completely at ease. The interiors are spacious, air-conditioned and well-ventilated, thanks to large windows that favor the circulation of air and give natural light, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The distribution of spaces includes: - An open-plan living area with a living room and kitchen, perfect for socializing and relaxing - A comfortable double bedroom - A triple room with a double bed and a single bed - Two recent, functional and well-maintained bathrooms - A free laundry for maximum comfort during your stay Outside, a back garden of about 150 square meters, completely fenced and accessible only from the house on the ground floor, offers a quiet and private space, equipped with a drying rack, gazebo, table with chairs and barbecue. An ideal place to relax outdoors, dine in company or spend pleasant evenings in total serenity. Guests also have linen and dishes at their disposal, as well as a convenient workstation for remote working, designed for those who want to combine vacation and work in a well-kept and comfortable environment. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of an independent building, accessible from a pedestrian gate and/or driveway. A parking space is available for use by the condominiums of this building consisting of 3 residential units. I invite you to respect the following guidelines to ensure peaceful coexistence and efficient use of space: - Use of the Condominium Parking: Parking is available to all condominiums. In case of lack of parking spaces, you can park on the street side, making sure not to obstruct the passages, especially those in front of the pedestrian and driveway gates; - Alternative Parking: If you do not find a free parking space inside the condominium, or along the road and in the neighboring streets, I would like to point out that just 350 meters away (5-minute walk) there is a free parking lot located between Via Regina Elena and Via Martin Luther King.
