This lovely 50m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs. The bright living room has a convertible sofabed and a cable TV. After a long day in the city, relax in the bright space. Several windows brighten the room and give guests a stunning view of Lisbon during their stay. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, such as a stove, a microwave, and an oven. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area where you can eat with loved ones! The bedroom has a comfy double bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. While our apartment is on a busy street, the location is perfect for those who want to be closer to the action, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a few steps away. Have a fantastic stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
