Beautiful warm and bright apartment with cat!

Looking for a nice and warm place to spend a great weekend in Lille or a vacation? It's here :) I offer you my Lille apartment located in an old building, Rue Gambetta, in the lively district of Wazemmes-Gambetta. Well-kept decor, antiques and close to everything: ideal for a short or long stay. Because he doesn't like to travel, my cat Karl will spend the stay with you. This adorable Chartreux is a big sleeper and loves cuddles :) The space This 2-room old apartment of 58 m² is very bright. It is located in a small old 3-storey building, without elevator, on Rue Gambetta; close to all shops and nice places to go! In the apartment you will find: - a large living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, desk, dining table for 4. - the equipped kitchen includes: oven, stove, dishes, kettle, fridge, heating blender) - the quiet room overlooks the courtyard with 1 double bed 140 x 190 and arty-style glass wall on the bathroom. - the bathroom includes 1 shower, sink, cupboard and washing machine. 1 separate toilet. My apartment is located in the center of Lille, Rue Gambetta, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator. NEARBY: - Bakery 60 meters away - Pizzeria 50 meters away - 5 Asian restaurants (Thai, Japanese, Chinese) nearby - Wazemmes market 450 meters away - 4 thrift stores on Rue Gambetta ACCESS: 15 min from Lille Flandres station by metro, République Beaux Arts metro stop (the station is a 5-minute walk or 10-minute walk from Gambetta station) GOOD TO KNOW: I live with my cat, Karl, 10 years old, a pretty, very affectionate gray Chartreux. He stays in the apartment because he doesn't like to travel. Karl is very cuddly and his favorite activities are sleeping and eating. And asking for hugs ^^ He sleeps most of the time in his box or at the foot of the bed. You have access to the whole place, which is independent. Guest access Entire accommodation Other things to note My adorable cat Karl stays in the apartment. Independent, this 10-year-old Chartreux loves to nap and loves cuddles. He is a living being: he sleeps a lot and sometimes gets restless at night. Very cuddly: he asks for attention, to play with him, to feed him in the bowl he likes. Please smoke at the window :) No nightclub parties. GOOD TO KNOW: - This apartment is my primary residence, all my personal belongings are there. And the decoration made of china, trinkets and family furniture - I am not a hotelier: I clean as when I welcome friends to spend the weekend. It's not a 5-star or sanitized apartment: it's an everyday apartment. - The water in Lille and in the North more generally is VERY calcareous. So shower walls, glasses, glass carafes are hard to maintain. I do my best with white vinegar, baking soda and elbow grease :) - As in any old building (and even more so in Lille), there may be odors coming up from the pipes at certain times. This rarely happens, but sometimes in summer. The solution is to close the shower drain with a silicone plug after taking your shower (it is a blue suction cup plug that I leave available in the shower). Simple. Basic.
