Newly renovated modern cottage 300 meters from the most beautiful sandy beach and 600 meters to shops and cafes in “Down town” Dronningmølle. 3.4 km to Hornbæk with plenty of opportunities for shopping and partying in the streets. Located on a quiet, closed-off residential street overlooking fields and meadows. The house consists of two buildings with 9 real beds. Kitchen/living room with direct access to south-facing terrace with covered terrace for when the dew falls. In addition, the east-facing terrace to enjoy the morning sun The house looks brand new. The space House of 78 m2 + extra building of 35m2. Main house with common room of about 50 m2. Large dining table with seating for 10 people. Two bedrooms - with two double beds: 180x200cm and 160x190cm (can be folded out from single to 160x190cm). Lovely large bathroom with washing machine and shower. The other newly renovated building consists of a large 35m2 room with a loft. A total of 5 sleeping places - one double bed (180cmx200) and single bed (90cmx200cm) and a double bed (160cmx200cm) in the loft. Guest access The whole house is rented out. Other things to note I have some nice neighbors - so be considerate. It's my own cottage with my own things. But you can borrow it all if you take good care of it. My private closet in the room with bunk bed is my completely private things that are not for loan 😃 You must bring your own bedding and towels. DKK 4 per kilowatt is payable at check-out. The electricity meter is read at check-in by sending a photo to me and read before check-out. The money is placed in cash in the "Pig" or paid by mobile pay. Usually the amount is very small (500-700 kr per week) as there is a heat pump - the only electricity required is the water heater. I have a dog, so the cottage is not allergy-friendly if you do not tolerate animals.
