The Locanda Rosati is a traditional Umbrian stone country farmhouse located only a few kilometers from the magical city of Orvieto. Appetizing home-made pasta dishes and hearty soups with cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil, as well as Tuscan ribollita (vegetable and bread soup), prepared with produce and herbs from the Locanda’s garden, are served every day. Delicious savory roasts, fragrant bread and pizza all come out of the traditional wood-burning brick oven. From the dining room you can reach the wine cellar, hand-carved from lava rock. The Locanda Rosati is an ideal place for special gatherings, meetings and team building events. The evenings pass all too quickly around the dinner table, where Giampiero regales his guests with stories and help them decide on the next day’s outing. Guest access You will have access to your private room and bathroom is in every room. You are welcome to spend time in the living rooms, dining rooms, outside terrace, gardens anytime, and enjoy the outdoor pool that is open from May to September. Other things to note A five course dinner is served every evening in the restaurant room for extra charge. Nicola, our chef, prepares delicious meals with fixed menu that changes everyday, depending on the seasonal produces from our garden and on his fantasy. Dinner always starts with a cold or hot appetizer, continues with a pasta (or rice/soup), then the main and side dish. You end with a delicious homemade dessert, grappa, limoncello and coffee. Local red and white wine is included in the price. The evening meal is served family style. Giampiero's specialty is to host events for large parties of all international background.
