The second bedroom can sleep 2 guests with a single or king bed configuration. The upstairs area has a large bathroom with a separate toilet. The bathroom features a separate bath and shower, fully equipped vanity and amenities. Spacious light filled living/dining area that opens out onto a private outdoor living oasis complete with a calming water feature. The living area has a large flat screen smart TV and stereo system. Our Home is your home and we invite you to read the many books from food, travel and photography, on the comfy lounge or perhaps take a magazine out to the oasis with your morning coffee or evening wine. Should you decide to stay in to eat there is a large dining table and to create your culinary delights there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The pantry is stocked with some basics and you are welcome to use anything that is open to create your meal. There is a separate internal laundry with a front loading washing machine and toilet. We are passionate about where we live and want you to experience the same delight that we do when we are home. No animals allowed. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. No noise after 10pm on a weeknight and 12 midnight on a weekend. We love the beach but please don't bring it back with you! All beach equipment can live in the front courtyard and pls rinse off any sand and shake towels outside before entering the house. Whatever you find open in the pantry and fridge, feel free to use!
