If you're planning to visit this amazing city we will be happy to welcome you in our guesthouse. The apartment is in central area near Coliseum and Termini station (please continue to read all the informations below before booking thank you) The space This cozy room with private bathroom is bright with a modern decoration. Inside the room: french double bed, wardrobe, TV on the wall, desk, air conditioner and hair-dryer. The price includes bed linen, towels, air conditioning and WiFi. It's not included breakfast but we provide a kettle for making tea, we also provide coffee and a fresh water dispenser. IMPORTANT: WE NEED TO KNOW THE TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO ORGANIZE THE CHECK IN. Check in after 11 pm has an extra of 15€, after 1 am it is not possible to receive you. Guest access Guests have access to a common sitting room with kitchenette.
