The space The accommodation is a spacious, comfortable, open space of 100 square meters, on the ground floor, with an independent entrance directly from the street and a patio with a cozy private garden dominated by a tall tree, a real rarity for the city center. The rooms, with high vaults, decorated with embossed stuccoes, original from 1935, follow one after the other, flowing into the courtyard full of greenery, with the large tree under whose branches a dining table is placed. The furniture is simple with a few contemporary touches, a few antique touches, and a few vintage touches. The atmosphere is cozy. The premises are very clean. The entrance room is equipped with a double sofa bed that is used in the event that there are more than four guests. From the entrance room, you can access the mezzanine bedroom, the most secluded, equipped with a double bed. From the entrance room, proceeding towards the inside of the house, you will find a second room with a double bed. Continuing on, you reach the living room where there is a TV, a dining table, and another sofa bed that is usually opened when there are more than six guests. From the living room you can access the garden, the kitchen area and the bathroom, which is spacious and equipped with a bathtub with shower and towel warmer.
