Welcome to our apartment in the "home in the distance". The apartment is located in a secluded location in the attic centrally in Sassnitz. From the dining table you can see the Baltic Sea, in a few minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants, a spa, bus stops and the train station Sassnitz. Everything your heart desires is nearby. In the comfortable beds in a total of 3 bedrooms with different styles, we want to charm our visitors and give them a great stay. The space Welcome to Sassnitz on Rügen! Our apartment "at home in the distance" welcomes its guests warmly. We have provided an individually furnished apartment for our visitors who want to relax their soul on the Baltic Sea. The apartment itself has 5 rooms. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a living room with dining area and a hallway with further sleeping facilities. This means that we can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has everything essential that a kitchen should have. Pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and much more are available. The bathroom has, among other things, a bathtub and a shower, so there is something for every lover. In the 3 bedrooms our guests have a 1.80 meter bed, a 1.60 meter bed and a 1.40 meter bed available. In the living room there is also a sofa bed and in the hallway. This way up to 10 guests can stay in Sassnitz. All sleeping areas have roller blinds so that everyone can decide for themselves when the sun is allowed into the room. The apartment is located in the heart of Sassnitz, not far from the train station. This is within walking distance. Furthermore, all shops for daily needs are located in the neighborhood. The port is not only visible from the window but is also within reach with its ship tours. The Jasmund National Park is not far from Sassnitz and in Sassnitz-Mukran you can also find the fantastic beach. The world-famous chalk cliffs are in the immediate vicinity of the city and can be visited by bus, boat or car. In summer, in good weather, you can also use the terrace on the property. Here you can like to linger in the sun, barbecue or just let your soul dangle. Even in bad weather or long evenings, our guests have access to a Blu-ray/DVD player, a sound system, board games and playing cards, books or some films. We have purchased a total of 4 beach bikes for our apartment, so that our guests can explore the area with a bike. They are folding bikes, i.e. the bikes can also be taken on the bus and train if long trips are planned or the way back should be too long:) If you are interested in renting a bike, please feel free to contact me during or after booking. Guest access The apartment has a car parking lot, which can be reserved for our guests. The apartment itself is located in the attic, in a secluded location. Above the roofs you can see the Baltic Sea. Other things to note For the offspring, there is a travel cot incl. Mattress available. A local tourist tax must be paid per night and per adult. The price for the tourist tax must be paid in addition to the booking amount on site.
