Teesta Homestay (Traveler's Room)

Teesta homestay is conveniently located about 1.8km from the town. Famous sites like Darjeeling zoo, himalayan mountaineering institute, Happy Valley tea estate and Ropeway are located walking distance away. There are 4 rooms in total with 2 shared bathrooms. This listing is for traveler's room. Rooms 1,2 and 3 are also available. Hot water flask and hot water bag is provided, electric heater and usage of fireplace cost extra. The space The house also has a fireplace and a small library in the shared living room. Guest access Guests have access to the shared living room and terrace. The view of sunset is spectacular from the terrace. During your stay Hema is a homemaker and an excellent cook. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on request at a nominal charge. Other things to note Darjeeling being a hill station, water is extremely scarce, however the bathrooms have running water 24/7. Both the bathrooms are equipped with geysers for hot bath. We make sure to keep our bathrooms spick and span, we also request our guests to clean after themselves as a courtesy to other guests.
