In the heart of Madrid de los Austrias, a few steps from Las Vistillas, La Almudena, Plaza de Oriente, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor and Sol, it is the ideal place to experience the authentic Madrid and to relax after a day of work, or any other activity that has temporarily brought you to our city. It is available only for short-term rental, for work, academic, health, vacation reasons... it cannot be used for regular or tourist housing. The space A small loft equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. It has a hydromassage shower and a bathroom with quality finishes. Each item has been designed to make you feel at home and replenish your energy after a day exploring the city. The studio has a double bed, a sofa, and is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It also has a small kitchen equipped with basic utensils (plates-glasses-cutlery...), a refrigerator, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster, as well as a state-of-the-art washing machine and an iron with its corresponding board. Everything has been thought out in detail to make your stay comfortable. Guest access For a few days this will be your place of residence so I invite you to feel "at home" and to take care of it as such. Please make sure to turn off the lights, heating, or air conditioning when leaving the apartment, whether to eat or take a walk, to avoid wasting energy and unnecessary costs. Remember to take out the trash frequently; there is a container with an orange lid that is placed in front of the building entrance in the afternoons from 8:00 PM. To recycle glass and cardboard, use the containers that you will find on your right as you exit the building. Please keep quiet in the common areas of the community of neighbors as the apartment faces a shared patio. Respect the rest schedule, especially between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. Electricity: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will pay the bill for that period based on the consumption they have had. Other things to note A Seasonal Rental Agreement will be signed for the period of stay: In compliance with current Spanish regulations, it is necessary to sign a Private Seasonal Contract prior to entering the apartment, which will specify the reason for which the stay is rented: the possible reasons will be work, academic, medical, family visits or other similar temporary uses.
