Description

Spacious Kyoto home. The house has two bedrooms, including a traditional Japanese tatami room, as well as Western-style beds for guests who prefer not to use futons. There are two shower rooms and two toilets, making it comfortable even for larger groups. Located about a 15-minute walk from the nearest exit of Kyoto Station. Air conditioning and floor heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round. Upon request, up to two additional futon sets can be prepared in the large first-floor living room. The space On the first floor, there is a spacious living and dinning room. You can enjoy cooking in our kitchen. Cooking utensils such as dishes and pots are also provided. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are fully equipped with floor heating, so you can stays comfortably in Japan in any season. There are two shower rooms and one toilet on the first floor. And also one toilet at the second floor. There is also washing machine and dryer which it convenience for your long stay. Popular spots such as Kiyomizudera which is the representative temple of Kyoto, Gion, Kamogawa River, Sanjusangen-do, Kyoto National Museum are within walking distance! It also has easy access to the shopping district lined up with restaurants, stores and departments! Guest access Since this facility is a group of one day daily reserves. Therefore all rooms are free to use. But please do not use the storage, it`s only for staff. Other things to note · According to the regulations of Kyoto city, 200 yen per person per night will be charged as lodging tax apart from the lodging fees. · As this facility is located in a quiet residential area, please to keep quite, especially at night and early morning. If there any reports from our neighbor, we will check it out on the spot. · To preventing a crime, except the guest who are staying, outsider are prohibited to enter the house. · Confirm the passport (driver's license if you do not have your passport) in accordance with the Kyoto municipal ordinance. Please take a picture of all your passport and send to us to our email (you can take it by camera or mobile phone). It`s also applied to the guest whose living in Japan. · There is no refund for changing the number of people or the number of stays . · Additional fee will be required if you want to add the number of people. · All guests will be required accommodation fee. However, for the guest whose under 6 years old won`t be charge if they are don`t need an extra futon (bed). · Tatami is delicate. Please do not get wet or take your suitcase into it. · For our safety, when you are going out please to turning off all of the electricity (air conditioner, light,etc) before you leave. ・We participate in Airbnb's cleaning and hygiene enhancement program. However, due to the regulations of Kyoto City, we may accept face-to-face reception at check-in.
