Discover the unique, comfort and luxurious way to relax the only beach resort within the city. * Guests will have free access to the Paris beach club and the restaurant and pay 250 pesos for swim band per head per shift AM/PM to access the wave pool. The space * Spacious one bedroom, open plan living space complete with self- catering kitchen. * Double bedroom with sofa bed and trifold floor bed. * With Android TV 55 inch with NETFLIX and WiFi connection. Guest access * Guests will have to pay to access the beach/ wave pool for swimming. Swim band cost 250 pesos per person per shift. On- site payment ( Pool registration to issue swim bands upon check-in ) * Only one child with 3 feet and below shall be excluded from the prescribed number of head count per unit. Likewise, the same policy shall be applied on wave pool entry. * Swimming schedule: Tuesday to Sunday only > 7am- 12 noon shift > 2pm- 7pm shift Tuesday no swimming CLOSED for pool maintenance. * Guests will have free access to Paris beach bar and restaurant. * The rest of the amenities are exclusive to unit owners only. * At Maui Tower Ground Floor there are facilities for: > Seven Eleven Commercial Store > Kerchin Convenient Store & Quick Service Restaurant > One Big Wash > Starr Frappe * At Boracay Tower Ground Floor: > Prime Laundry > All Day Breakfast Restaurant & Coffee Shop Other things to note * IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT BEFORE BOOKING THAT YOU READ HOUSE RULES AND OTHER THINGS TO NOTE. Resumption of Short Term Leasing 15th March 2022 with New Guidelines implemented by Azure due to pandemic. Guest Advise Form ( GAF ) to be filled up manually for booking of units and use of wave pool at least 24 hours before check in. Use of wave pool ( AM and/or PM shifts ) 250 pesos per person per shift, will be onsite payment. 1. MAXIMUM of only four (4) guests to accommodate the unit effective 13th June 2022. > One double bed > Sofa bed > Trifold floor bed 2. For long term stay for 2 weeks and longer, there is a charge of 100.00 pesos per day for electricity bills, charge through Airbnb. 3. CHILD POLICY- A child whose height is 3ft. and below shall be excluded from the prescribed number of occupants ( maximum of 1 child regardless of unit size ). 4. Check in from 12noon ( flexible ), please inform me of time of arrival, that would be really appreciated. Check out is strictly 10am . 5. 300 pesos per hour charge for late check out. STRICT check out time because we only have 2 hours window time to clean the room to accommodate the incoming guests to check in at 12noon the same day. Please adhere to check out time. 6. Toiletries are not provided, only hand wash, toilet rolls, face mask, towels and hairdryer. 7. This is an open plan kitchen, equipped with basic cooking facilities, electric cooker and kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, rice cooker and basic cutleries. 8. There is a shoe rack and 4 pairs of slipper provided. 9. This is a non- smoking room, cleaning charge of 10,000 if smoking has occurred, penalties will be reported to Airbnb. 10. For foreign guest, a copy of passport is required. Government ID for primary guest and ID’s, required for adult guests. Covid vaccination card is also required 5 years +. Please send me a copy of the above to attach with the GAF and bring the original copies to show to concierge on arrival for confirmation of identification. 11. Guests are not allowed to invite any other guests/visitors in the unit who are not in the GAF. “ No authorisation, no entry policy.” Overcrowding will result to primary guest being charge for penalty of 10,000 pesos, penalties will be reported to Airbnb. 12. Clothes are prohibited to be hung in the balcony, penalty of 2,000 pesos. 13. We appreciate if you throw your trash/bins or empty your garbage daily into the garbage chute near the elevator to maintain cleanliness of the unit. Can we also switch off the aircon, TV and lights to conserve energy. 14. I will not require for any DEPOSIT so I will expect all guests to take care of my place and belongings. In case of accidental damage, lost/missing items will be paid with the value in it’s brand new state/packing or repair value. If guest will not settle this before check out, this will be reported to Airbnb. Lost keys will be charged for the bolt change, cost and labor. 15. It is appreciated that guests will avoid creating loud noises/creating nuisance activities that might disturb their neighbours, penalty 7,000 pesos. 16. Kindly note that third party booking is not allowed because transparency and trust are crucial to ensure a secure Airbnb experience. It is not possible to book on behalf of someone else. Third- party bookings are in violation of our Term of Service, cancellation and refund policies and other safeguards. 17. Possession of illegal substances anywhere inside the property is strictly prohibited and it will result to immediate expulsion from the property. In addition you will be subject to criminal charges. 18. Parking fee is 65 pesos for first 3 hours then succeeding hours 15 pesos per hour, overnight parking 380 pesos. 19. Disclaimer: The Santorini Tower unit 904 owner shall not be held responsible for any of the guest’s property for any damages/loses as well as for injuries or accidents that may be sustained during their stay. The owner also reserves the right to take every action as necessary including legal action, to reclaim any financial losses due to theft/damage in Santorini Tower unit 904 or Azure property during the stay.
