Charming home in very green and peaceful part of Lupoglav. Place where you can find serenity, connect with nature and be active. Logistically is perfectly connected in all directions and surrounded with adventure spots and family owned restaurants where you will fall in love with local istrian cuisine, wine and olive oil. Under one big roof we have another two holiday homes (each of them is listed under my profile). Find us: @trnoruzicadoo (where you can find our website) The space The house is made of thick stone walls from outside, with original wooden/oak construction from inside and beautifully intervowen with greenery and peace all around. Our sustainable village is eco / lgbtiq+ / pet safe oasis It's perfect for 3 persons, yet suitable up to 5. House has parking space for 2 cars from where you enter to patio and get to first floor of house with open space where is the kitchen, dining area and entrance on terrace. Terrace is a little gem for summer bright nights and lazy mornings. In bright attick you can enjoy sleeping under the stars (thanks to spacious roof window), while on ground floor you can spend time next to the fireplace or enjoy cozy hideout with books in warm summer days. Beside little lounge area and fireplace ground floor has small pantry room with storage capacity area and bathroom. For colder days and nights there are electric heaters which are located in kitchen, bathroom and on ground floor. House is surrounded with nature, near the town, logistically great connected (with all attractions, Rijeka, Istria, Slovenia, Italy, sea, inland, islands, mountains). We use only low tox (local brands or diy) cleaning products which make your stay safe, for adults, kids and pets. House welcomes works made by local artists and it changes each season which gives the house love for artistic change. Guest access Let yourself to enjoy the nature, fresh air, mountain water, picking of seasonal fruits and vegetables (asparagus, mushrooms, olives, cherries). Discover diverse possibilities how to enjoy istrian countryside, outdoor spaces around the house or activities that will fulfill your energy bateries. Big table in front of house it's perfect for gatherings. If you are interested to have personal/informal local guide who will give you insight in istrian way of living - I am glad to help. As well as to share information in order to make your stay more pleasant. Barbecue area is on everyones disposal and it is nice when it's kept neat. Compost area and bins for separating the waste are outside the house and we are greatful if you feel encouraged to help us being more eco conscious and sustainable. Other things to note There might be other guests in other units during your stay (possibly with pets) therefore it would be nice to keep common place as parking and barbecue neat and available for everyones use. We do take care of everything although little bit of consideration is appreciated. Whole house (3 units for max 12 people) can be rented if you want to be completely alone with your group of friends or family and still have full privacy.
