The flat is one of a kind,on the 1st floor in a quiet neighborhood. It is fully furnished with kitchen appliances with an extra bed-couch. It also has a parking space and a small balcony. Situated 1km from the nearest beach and 150m from supermarket. The space The apartment is situated in a neighborhood between Paralimni and Protaras area. It is only 5 minutes away by car from the main square of Paralimni and 5 minutes away by car from the touristic site of Protaras & Sunrise/Fig Tree beaches. METRO supermarket, bakeries and pharmacy are only 5 minutes away on foot. The closest beaches are Trinity and Kappari which are ideal for families and friends. If you don't have a car don't worry; the bus stop is only 5 minutes walking distance away. The flat is on the first floor (with elevator facility) of a private building complex. The kitchen is equipped for all the necessary appliances for cooking (oven, kettle, microwave) and washing your clothes (washing machine). There are air conditioners, electric heaters and fans, necessary for the hot, sunny days and the slightly cold nights. There is a TV in the living room.
