The room is part of a B&B located in the historic center. It is small in size but with a spacious bathroom. Ideal for both a person and a couple who want a lot of intimacy. We recovered the ancient materials, bringing back the exposed beams, using a real terracotta for the floors and bringing back to light arches and wall elements in exposed stone. The room has a double French bed and is definitely the most romantic of the rooms in the B&B. Guest access Our guests have access the common breakfast room During your stay We will welcome guests upon arrival and remain available for any needs. We will see guests every day as we will serve them breakfast. Other things to note Bed linen is changed 2 times a week and in any case as needed. Bath linen is changed every 2 days and in any case as needed. For those who come by car, I would like to point out that the B&B is located in the ZTL area (restricted traffic zone) so access to unauthorized cars is prohibited. However, there are some solutions for parking: a first solution is to park on the sides of Viale Mentana (for a fee of 9- 12:30 and 14:30 -19 at a cost of 0.90 euros/hour, free during the rest of the day and on public holidays), at the edge of the road you will find the parking meters to make the payment; a second possibility is the Fratti DUC Parking which is always accessed from Viale Mentana or from Viale Fratti, this parking is covered and has the following costs: 0.80 euros for 30 minutes, 1.40 euros for an hour, 2.80 euros for 2 hours, 4.00 euros for 3 hours up to a maximum of 8.00 euros for the entire day. Parking Fratti DUC is about 400 m from the B&B.
