The municipality can also boast wonderful bathing areas, including Solastranda which is a lovely, long sandy beach of 2.3 km. If you follow the coastal path, you can get from Solastranda to Vigdel via Ølberg harbor - a 5 km trip in spectacular natural surroundings. The seaside resort at Myklebust is also worth a visit. For golf enthusiasts, there is a short drive to Solastranden Golf Club, which is beautifully located with a 9-hole golf course and its own pro shop. Sola also has a sports club with an active offer in football, handball, gymnastics and athletics. Within cycling distance from the home is Sola sports complex with great outdoor facilities, in addition to a swimming pool and gym. New velodrome and gym at Sola Arena will open soon. Leo's Playland and Rush Trampoline Park, both at Forus, are a favorite among the little ones. Description of the surrounding area/facilities Grocery shopping can be done at Bunnpris, Kiwi, Mega, Rema1000 and Meny, where you can also find the liquor store. Otherwise, Sola city center offers a good selection of shops and businesses. Forus, Kvadrat and Stavanger are also within easy reach via public transport or car. In Stavanger you have all urban facilities, in addition to the popular fish market. The area offers public transport in the form of buses. Skadbergveien is located about 100 meters away and is the nearest bus stop. Skadbergveien serves five bus lines, including night buses. By car it takes about 8 min to Forus and Sola Airport, 12 min to Stangeland and Sandnes, and 15 min to Stavanger. Other things to note This is a family area. I don't want to rent out the place for parties only, out of consideration for the neighbors. Also have a tenant in the basement, therefore not optimal with partying and noise considering the tenant. It would be nice if you take good care of the house and objects. If children come, it's nice if the sofa is covered with a blanket. There is one in each sofa :)
