Apartment on the historic Heskeshof (upper floor)

Welcome to Heskeshof on the Lower Rhine! Just a few years ago, agriculture was practiced on this historic four-square farm. This was followed by an extensive core renovation and conversion for residential purposes, completed in 2021. We are now pleased to welcome you to two exclusive apartments with an upscale new construction standard. It is hard to imagine that these are located in the former cowshed. The space The upper floor apartment in modern country style offers you everything you need for a successful vacation. The apartment covers a total of 80 m² and is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, hallway, separate toilet and a large combined living-dining area with open kitchen. The dining table can be pulled out if necessary and can accommodate up to 8 people. In the adjacent living area, you can relax on the sofa with chaise longue, sit together socially or use the 47" flat-screen TV. The built-in kitchen is of high quality with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer as well as a coffee maker and toaster. Dishes & cutlery are available in sufficient quantity (12-fold version for each part). The bathroom can be reached directly from the hallway. There you will find a large walk-in shower with overhead rain shower. As additional equipment, you have a washer/dryer at your disposal. Ideal is a stay with 2-4 people. If desired, up to 6 people can be accommodated in the following rooms: 1. Bedroom facing the field with two single beds (can be variably arranged), wardrobe and electric shutters on the skylight 2. Bedroom facing the courtyard with large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), spacious sliding door wardrobe, reading lamps and electric shutters on the skylight 3. Sleeping possibility for up to two people on the sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 1.30 to 1.45 x 2.00) If you are with more than 6 people, a similar apartment in the basement - accessible via the shared stairwell - can be booked separately. The best Wi-Fi reception is guaranteed throughout the apartment thanks to its own hotspot (100 Mbit/s). Guest access Access is via the courtyard and initially leads to a shared staircase. From there, you can access the apartment entrance door via a staircase. In the courtyard, right in front of the apartment, there are free private parking spaces for your car. Other things to note We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible right from the start. Therefore, you will find freshly made beds and towels upon your arrival. Consumables such as spices, coffee powder, toilet paper, etc. are also already available in a basic set.
