Luxury Villa with Private Pool, Close to Beaches

Lovely three-bedroom villa set back from a rubber plantation, in a quiet residential setting in Rawai. Has a private pool, outdoor seating and dining area with a BBQ, making it the perfect place to relax. Just a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Nai Harn beach, with plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away. The space The villa houses three large bedrooms, all en-suite (with showers, and the master also has an outdoor bath.) All rooms have direct access to the pool and outdoor seating under the wooden sala. In the heart of the villa there is an open-plan dining and living area, that is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, for those nights when you just want to stay in. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the rooms to keep you cool during your stay. There are two sun loungers and other seating surrounding the pool where you can sit out and enjoy the gorgeous Phuket sun. There are two major supermarkets just 1.5km from the villa. We supply one bath towel (white) and one beach towel (blue/grey) per person. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa. The villa is gated and has sheltered, off-road parking. Other things to note There is an excellent restaurant at the end of our road that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a deli where you can purchase freshly baked goods, international cheeses and wines. Through the rubber plantation is Phuket Sports with tennis, volleyball and badminton plus a small bar with food.
