King sized beds, free Netflix, free parking on the premises This is a modern self contained 2 bedroom apartment with luxury linen and furnishings. The 2 king beds can be configured as 4 king singles.[plus 1 fold out bed]There is a small kitchenette/laundry. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach and bus stop (to Marion Shopping Centre, Flinders University and State Swimming Centre ) The space Enjoy year round climate control with ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and fitted electric blankets. There is plenty of storage space for a longer stay with a double wardrobe in each bedroom and a storage room next to the laundry. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied for the first night of your stay. There is free unlimited WiFi and free Netflix. There is a selection of board games, books, music CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment during your visit. Guest access There is a clothes dryer if needed in the garage. There is a small outside sitting area for guests to use and unrestricted use of vegetables from the organic vege patch at the rear of the property. Other things to note I live in the front apartment with my 2 dogs.[ Kevin a small Groodle and Tilly a Golden Retriever]. I work part time. The dogs are very friendly and generally quiet and stay in my part of the house and garden. [They are more than happy to meet the guests if that is what you would like] The 2 apartments are separated by a locked solid door and you have your own separate entrance.
