Wilderness Village- modern 2 x bedroom apartment

Beach house style, comfy, furnished apartment in the heart of the Wilderness village. Wonderful restaurants within 2 - 4min walk and great views to the beach which is also a comfortable 5 min walk onto the beach sand dunes. Everything (shops/pharmacy etc) is on your doorstep. Safe n secure parking. You have really no need to drive anywhere in the village. Secure accommodation in a gated complex. Very happy to negotiate a much reduced long stay fixed rate if desired. The space Relaxed furnished modern beachouse apartment, perfect for self catering & eating out. Some of the best restaurants (7 very close by) within a short walk. Main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size extra length bed and the second bedroom has two single comfy beds that can be together or apart (currently apart). Ample cupboards in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have new overhead fans installed. Fully furnished with everything required to cater for up to a max of 4 guests(only by pre arrangement) The kitchen has everything required to prep any meals as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. There is also an excellent Samsung washer for any laundry items. There is a local Spar supermarket/ convenience / liquor store within a 5 min walk, as well as a pharmacy, hair salons etc. The village caters for everything. Rate advertised is for 2 persons/pax. Additional persons (max 2) by prior arrangement in advance. TV- although there is a tv and dvd, should guests require the full dstv bouquet, we can arrange this @ the ‘holiday view’ rate dstv charge(there is an Explora decoder) The current rate is R30/day. This is an extra pre paid (to owner) charge😉👍 Guest access Full use of the 2 bedroom apartment with a dedicated secure parking bay right below the apartment. Apartment has secure remote control access and is walled in. On the first floor with easy staircase. The security gate has a remote for vehicle access and an electronic tag card for the pedestrian gate entry when walking in or out of the complex.(mostly people walk everywhere because it’s so close to everything). Other things to note Being part of a complex there are rules that apply to all residents and it is important to note these. 1. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per apartment. Any other vehicles can park safely outside. 2. Important not to inconvenience any other tenants with noise etc. 3. No clothing or beach towels etc may be placed on the street facing balcony to dry. There are ample washing lines at the back of the complex.(there is a drying rack) Our rules: 1. No smoking anywhere inside the apartment. 2. No additional guests allowed to sleep over in the apartment. 3. No parties at the apartment. 4. Beach sand; please wash your feet off at one of the two outside located water taps/faucets, either when you enter the complex or below the apartment stairs. 5. You will find all the furnishing neat and clean. We would like you to ensure that it remains that way. 6. Residents are required to place all their refuse into black or blue refuse bags(provided) and these bags are to taken to the refuse room for disposal. 7. Please use water as sparingly as possible. 8. NB! We turn the geyser on/off at the DB board- it requires only 1-2 hours a day to provide sufficient hot water. We can arrange any further details prior to arrival. There are beach lean backs and umbrellas for your personal use.
