Just by the Trocadéro in a quiet street close to the lively Passy street, we are welcoming your family in our cosy apartment . The apartment is in a 1930 art deco style building. Located on the fifth floor the sunny living room (south east) offers a splendid view to the sky and ornate Parisian buildings. The space The living room is spacious and sunny and overlooks a quiet street. The bedrooms have a view to a calm and nice courtyard. There is one WC separated with its wash basin which is quite typical to Parisian apartments. The bathroom is equipped with one bath + one washbasin. The shower room in the master bedroom has one shower + washbasin. The master bedroom (is equipped with a queen bed (a brand new matress simons by beauty rest gold). The middle room as a pocket bed with a single bed and another one underneath. The last bed room has a new queen size bed also by Simmons. On the balcony there is a small enclosed cupboard with a dryer and a place to air dry your clothes. Les 3 chambres donnent sur une cour. Il y a un WC séparé avec un lave main. A disposition dans le logement il y a une machine à laver le linge dans la salle de bain et une petite buanderie sur le balcon avec un sèche linge et un endroit pour suspendre le linge. La salle de bain principale a un bain et un évier. La chambre principale a sa propre douche et évier. Dans la chambre principale il y a un lit de 160 X200 cm. La chambre du milieu a un lit tiroir simple de 90 X 200 cm avec dessous un deuxième matelas 90 x200 et la dernière chambre a un lit 160X200 cm Guest access You will have access to all the rooms and the outside balcony. All the guests are welcome to cook and use anything they would like from the kitchen nespresso coffee capsule, spices, oil, vinegar, mustard. Other things to note Please note that this is a typical Parisian building with a rather small two persons lift which is not suitable for wheelchair or push chairs. There is only one separated toilet which is also quite typical of Paris. The shower room is a small size. The bath is rather high but it is not a problem for my family.
