Our villa is located in the center of Budva . The beach is only 600m and 800m from the Old town . In our villa , we have rooms that are double rooms, twin rooms and triple rooms . The space All rooms have their own bathroom , balcony , TV , refrigerator , air conditioning , and free wifi . Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every two days . Guest access On the ground floor of our villa there is a restaurant where breakfast is served exclusively for our guests . Breakfast is buffet style and it is served from 07:30 to 10:30 . If our guests are going to excursions , we will prepare lanch packages in exchange for breakfast. Extra charge for breakfast is 5e per person . During June, July , August and September, additional charge for breakfast is required. Other things to note For children under 4 years accommodation is free, for children under 12 years discount is 30 % . Our guests can use the crib for the baby who is not charged . Tourist tax is extra charged 1,00e per person .
