Our 190 m2 "HOP'LA HOUSE" cottage, furnished in a 16th century winegrower's house, is quietly located and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms (bed1: 1 bed of 160 x 200, bed2: 1 bed of 180 x 200, bed3: 1 bed of 180 x 200), a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room + toilet and a separate toilet. You will have an inner courtyard with private terrace, and a parking space. The space Typical Alsatian half-timbered village house dating from 1542, very spacious, quiet, large bedrooms with large beds, 5 minutes from Colmar in the heart of Alsace. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the annex with pool table and foosball, as well as the terrace located in the inner courtyard, you can also park 1 car there (free parking is available around the house, 2 minutes' walk) A laundry room with washer and dryer. Access is via a closed courtyard, serving the house, the owner's house and the second cottage located at the back. Thus the owner and guests of the second house will only pass by to access their accommodation.
