With six beautifully designed bedrooms (five with king-size beds and one with twin beds), the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Every corner, both indoors and outdoors, offers inviting spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy making it the perfect place to turn your dream holiday into reality. Guests can unwind in the outdoor sala, enjoy the comfortable chill-out area, or gather for fun evenings around the BBQ and pool table perfect for creating unforgettable moments with family and friends. However, guests can request a private chef at any time and pay directly to the chef. • Dinner service: 2,500 THB per time (groceries not included) • Breakfast service: 1,000 THB per time (groceries not included) • Full-day service: 3,000 THB per day (groceries not included) House Rules • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. A designated smoking area with ashtrays is provided outside by the pool. • Please keep noise at a reasonable level after 21:00 hrs, as the villa is located in a private community. Accommodation & Facilities The villa accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably, offering beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, the ideal setting for your dream holiday. Monthly Rentals For monthly stays, the rental price does not include electricity. The electricity rate is 5-6 THB per unit. Housekeeping service is available 6 days per week, with bed linens changed once a week and towels every 3 days.
