Cozy House in the Dunes

Hello! Welcome to our little Cottage! Located in the dunes, 150 m from the sea by a dune path, you will enjoy the calm, being 10 min walk to the thalasso and 15 min to the center. Ideal for your family holiday, as a couple, weekends, business stays, our house has been completely renovated, in a cozy and comfortable spirit. At your disposal to indicate the best activities of the resort, good deals, and respond to your requests! See you soon! Virginia and Rudy The space The house has a total area of 46 m2. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a living room with living room, dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), a toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160*200, and a second with 3 beds of 90*190. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. As the staircase is a little steep, we provide you with a safety barrier on request to be placed upstairs for your children. Access to the upper floor is therefore more complicated for people with reduced mobility. There is also a washing machine on the ground floor. The baby chair and crib (umbrella bed sheets and thicker mattress not provided) are available upon request. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people (babies included). A folding baby bed can be installed in the bedroom which has three single beds (green bedroom). Due to space constraints, it cannot be installed in the other bedroom. The house is located in a private residence with a guard, which has 3 tennis courts and 2 petanque courts with free access. Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing garden, a garden table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, a barbecue and an umbrella. The garden cottage contains our personal belongings and is not accessible to tenants. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi available and TV via the box! Rentals are weekly during school holidays, For a lighter stay, we provide you with linens and bath towels, as well as dish towels. We do not provide the necessary items for eating, although regularly, travelers leave condiments (oil, vinegar, salt and pepper) and some other products (coffee, tea, filters), so you will find some to supplement.
