This private room and en-suite offers guest/s ( maximin 2) their own privacy, close to the CBD, beach, shops, restaurants and shopping precinct. Public transport a short walk. The room is available whenever the whole house is not booked. Alway feel free to ask as sometimes it may be blocked out but still available. The space Double bedroom with en-suite and shared shared lounge/dining, kitchen and comfortable courtyard available on selected dates when whole house not booked. Guests are welcome to full access to the kitchen which is well appointed with electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also available. Guests welcome to use downstairs lounge area with TV and DVD. Owners have own private area upstairs with TV and bathroom. Owners will be around for most most of the time but not always there. Happy for guest to join us for a meal if we are around. Quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beach. Close to CBD, Albert Park precincts, bike path, beach and golf course nearby. Close to Melbourne's many theatres and attractions such as the National Gallery, Casino, Aquarium and Botanical Gardens. Free on street parking. Walking distance to 109 Lightrail to CBD and Southern Cross Railway Station. Bus #232 to historic Vic Market just a short walk to Bay Street. Other buses in Bay Street traverse the city. Close to Princes Pier Cruise ship terminal and down the road is St Kilda with its nightlife, Luna Park, historic peer and penguin colony. Guest access Guests have their own private bathroom, access to the kitchen, living/dinning area, outdoor courtyard and laundry is allowed. Free street parking is available. During your stay Owners will be around during your stay and able to assist if needed. You are welcome to join us for meals if you wish but we will not intrude on your privacy. Evening meal $10 per head just let us know, Greg is an excellent cook. Feel free to organise your own breakfast or cook your own meal if you wish. Other things to note Princes Pier is close by for anyone leaving on a Cruise and want to be nearby for departure. The CBD and Victoria Market is short trip on public transport as is the Convention Centre. St Kilda with its nightlife, Luna Park, historic peer and penguin colony all easily accessible even by foot. the beach is a short walk as well as a bike path to the city and along the foreshore. Many hire bikes are close by as well. Pubs, restaurants and shopping centre a short walk.
