The ground floor includes a cozy living room, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for family meals. 🍽️💛 Upstairs, you’ll find two bright bedrooms and a second bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a private terrace with spectacular views of Los Caños de Meca, the Trafalgar lighthouse, Zahora beach, and the Breña Natural Park. 🌅🌊✨ Recommended for 4 people, maximum 5. Fifth guest: +10€/night. Equipment: • Bedroom with two 90cm beds + bedroom with 150cm bed and approx. 40 m² terrace. Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. 🛏️ • Living room with wood stove, hot/cold AC, and sofa bed. 🔥 • Kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, electric coffee maker (Italian coffee maker available upon request and subject to availability), toaster, juicer, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, and iron. 🍽️ • TV (not available till 20/1) and WIFI, books and games. 📺📚 • Porch with table, chairs, loungers, barbecue, and beach equipment. ☀️🏖️ • Safe and secure accommodation. • Fully equipped for short, medium and long stays. • Sustainable hot water system. 💧 For your convenience, a 20-litre Aquaservice water bottle is provided; the first one is complimentary, and any additional bottles cost €15 each. Guest access ю Times • Check-in: – High season (June, July, August and September): from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Rest of the year: after 3:00 pm – Check-in after 9:00 pm: €20 surcharge – Arrivals after midnight are not allowed • Check-out: – High season: before 10:30 am – Rest of the year: before 11:00 • Parking: you can leave the vehicle on the property until 1:00 pm 🚗☀️ Other things to note 🚫 We do not accept groups of teenagers or bookings made by minors without accompanying adults.
