Apartment is capacity 2+2 persons, 42m2 consists of bedroom queen size bed for 2 persons and 2 persons can sleep on the sofa in the living room (sofa can be extended). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove and dishwasher. Shower cabin and a washing machine provided in the bathroom. Lounge includes TV, internet access (WiFi) and more than 90 channels on the TV, radio cd player, air condition. This newly furnished apartment faces a park, and therefore offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The park provides refreshment during the summer and allows for a relaxing ambient during morning coffees... :-) Guest access Guests have access to all apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside but for those who smoke - please use private balcony. In close area there is supermarket for groceries, pizzeria, restaurant, gym, caffe bar, hair saloon, dentist, sun-studio and pharmacy... Overnight parking is free of charge and during the day rate is half an 1 EUR per hour.
